Whole-Life Wellness Today!
Holistic whole-life wellness is a way of living that takes a comprehensive approach to health, encompassing not just the physical body but also the mind and spirit. It is 8 Dimensional and every effort that is made with this approach is crucial to our longevity. This approach emphasizes the importance of maintaining a balance between these different aspects of wellness in order to optimize overall health and well-being.

There are three key areas we should be informed about in order to achieve optimal holistic, whole-life wellness:


1. Nutrition: Proper nutrition is critical to whole-life wellness as it provides the body with the essential nutrients it needs to function optimally. With all the confusing information going around, we can get discouraged quickly. It is however crucial to be informed about the importance of eating a balanced diet that includes a variety of whole, nutrient-dense foods. Get educated about the relationship between food and mood, addictive foods and how they can affect your mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

2. Stress Management: Stress is a major contributor to many health problems, both physical and mental. Therefore, managing stress is a key component of holistic whole-life wellness. Being informed about what practices we can incorporate into our routines will help us manage stress more effectively.

Some practices we can easily fit into our busy schedules (while using our amazing Young Living essential oils/products) are: 

Prayer/Bible Study, deep breathing, laughing, meditation,  aroma/massage therapy,  walks in nature, (especially barefooted when possible), watching a comedy, and listening to healing frequency music.

3. Physical Activity:  When consistent physical activity is achieved, physical health is more achievable. There are many things that can hinder people from being active. It can either be a disability or even mental blocks. Knowing that regular activity is essential for maintaining whole-life wellness, is common knowledge but is a challenge for many today. It helps improve cardiovascular health, maintain a healthy weight, reduce stress, and even boost our mood and energy levels. Being educated about the importance of finding the right physical activities for our body type, or current fitness level will help us enjoy and maintain it as a happy lifestyle.  Popular exercises are walking, running, body weight, lifting weights, rebounding on trampolines, practicing martial arts, and dancing. Our bodies enjoy it when we're moving more. Others will be able to see the results as well!

By focusing on these three key areas of nutrition, stress management, and physical activity, we can take a comprehensive approach to whole-life wellness that promotes optimal health and well-being.
